The All Black's nutritionist Katrina Darry provides our revolutionary nutrition plan, which is personalised to your needs and user-friendly too. Menus, shopping lists, recipes – everything is provided.

In addition, your own Personal Trainer is there to ignite your training sessions. With the help of their expertise and motivation, you'll never lose sight of your goals and you'll know exactly how to achieve them.

Unlimited access to Les Mills' state-of-the-art gym equipment and the world's best fitness classes means that you can push yourself to your own limits while getting all the support you need to stick to those routines.

Plus you'll have heaps of encouragement to keep you energized. Counselling, advice, nutritional education, fitness strategies – it's all there to ensure you achieve the most dynamic results possible. Goal sheets and tracking graphs are provided to keep you informed and motivated. It's more than a 12-week course – it's a total, life-enhancing body education.
