About Jenny

Jenny's goal is to make fitness achievable for every person, through establishing a strong core and perfect posture for your training foundation.

Jenny is a mother of two teenage boys and has been in the industry for over 20 years. She is passionate about her own fitness and loves the feeling of empowerment that comes from weight training.

Jenny also trains for endurance and has competed in triathlon's. She wants to empower others to achieve their own goals. She also teaches Les Mills Group Fitness classes and runs a successful outdoor bootcamp.
