Group Fitness Studio: Group Fitness classes are one of the most inspiring ways of working out. Located on the upper floors of Les Mills Takapuna, this studio hosts over 80 classes each week with motivational instructors and great music played through incredible sound systems.

Gym Floor: Find your limit using our wide range of weights and machines on the gym floor. Check your technique in full-height mirrors and stretch it out afterwards in the dedicated warm down zone.

Cardio Area: Train your way with the latest cardio equipment. There are equipment options for everyone in this specialised cardio zone.

Cycle Studio: Featuring dim lighting and an excellent sound system, and offering both live and Les Mills Virtual® Cycle Classes including our fully immersive cycle class THE TRIP, you can be immersed in your own workout in this dedicated cycle studio.

Boxing Area: From jabs to abs, work on your boxing technique in this dedicated Boxing Area.

Outside Exercise Area: The perfect spot to meet your Personal Trainer, nothing beats working out in fresh air on a nice day.

Changing Rooms: Transition from workout to work in the comfort of our changing rooms. Store your gear securely in a locker, then make use of our showers, ironing boards, hair dryers and straighteners.
