INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Organic Sunflower Seeds
- ½ cup Organic Pumpkin Seeds
- ¼ cup Organic Sesame Seeds, Unhulled
- ¼ cup Black Cumin (Nigella Sativa)
- ¼ cup Organic Whole Flaxseed
- ¼ cup Organic Chia Seeds, Black
- ½ teaspoon Organic Ground Turmeric
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup Organic Coconut Aminos Seasoning
- ¾ cup filtered water
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Set aside for 15 minutes to allow the mixture to completely gel together.
- Transfer seed mixture to the pre-prepared baking tray and spread thinly and evenly using a spatula. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and slice into crackers. Return to the oven to cook for another 20-30 minutes, until crisp and golden.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Store in an airtight container.
