This page sets out the Terms and Conditions of Les Mills New Zealand. These Terms and Conditions are intended to protect you and us; and are applicable to you as our member. If you have any questions, flick us an email at [email protected]  - we’re always happy to help!

PROMOTIONS

REST OF YEAR FREE

This promotion offers new members the opportunity to join Les Mills and enjoy free membership for the remainder of 2024 if they sign up by 11:59 PM on Saturday 30 November 2024. Eligible memberships include Standard (12 or 24-month), Corporate (12-month), or Tertiary single or multi-club memberships, available both in-club and online. Membership activation will determine the start of the free period. This offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with any other promotions. It is exclusively available to new members who are New Zealand residents, aged 15 or older (photo ID required), and is not applicable to existing or former members who have terminated their membership within the last three months. All members must adhere to Les Mills club rules and Conditions of Entry.

Please note that payment dates may vary, and members may need to pay an amount before the end of 2024 for their 2025 membership.

MEMBER OFFER

MEMBER GET MEMBER - EARN $50 LES MILLS CREDIT

If a Les Mills member refers someone who joins Les Mills on a standard, corporate or tertiary membership of 12 or 24 months (single or multi-club) in-club by close of business, Tuesday 31st  December 2024, the referring Les Mills member will receive $50 Les Mills credit to their membership, for each person who says the member referred them to join. The joining member must state the existing member as their referrer at the time of sign up and can only state one reference. The referring member can receive $50 Les Mills credit to their membership 7 days from the commencement of their membership. If the referral is made before the 26th of each month, the member will be credited by the end of that month. Any connections made from the 26th onwards, will be credited the following month. If the referred person(s) cancels their membership within the first 5 days of joining, Les Mills reserves the right to reverse the referring member’s credit. Credit is not redeemable for cash or refund, and not available on member-to-member transfers. Please note, this promotion will not be available while a specific limited-time referral campaign is running. 

MGM – WIN 1 OF 5 $1000 ADIDAS VOUCHERS

Dates of Competition: 1 November – 30 November 2024. Bring a friend in for a trial this November and you’ll go in the draw to win one of 5 x $1000 vouchers for Adidas to refresh your wardrobe for summer! One entry per new trialist attendance in club. New sign ups in promotion period will also receive an entry in the draw. Offer only available for Les Mills New Zealand Members. Prize is not transferrable for cash. Prize will be randomly drawn and announced by Friday 6th December 2024. Les Mills New Zealand reserves the right to change the terms of this competition at any stage. 

BRING FRIENDS FOR FREE

Members may bring a friend into a Les Mills club for up to two complimentary visits. Offer not available to current members or those who have used two complimentary member privilege visits within the past 3 months. Members can bring a friend into a Les Mills club on two separate occasions within a 3 month period. Trial available to individuals who reside in NZ only. Only available to people aged 15 and over only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or special pricing discount. Additional fee may apply for some services such as personal training. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), health and safety. Standard Les Mills conditions apply.

GYM PASSES

7 DAY PASS

This trial entitles the bearer to seven consecutive days at any Les Mills club. Trial is non-transferrable, not available in conjunction with any other offer and is not exchangeable for cash. Additional fees apply for Personal Training. Not available to existing members, ex members who have terminated their membership within the last three months or individuals who have had a trial in the last three months (MHAW trialists are excluded from this exclusion). Available to New Zealand residents only. Standard Les Mills conditions and club rules apply. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), health and safety. Photo ID required. Must be activated by 31st October 2024.

5 DAY PASS

This trial entitles the bearer to five consecutive days at any Les Mills club, see lesmills.co.nz for locations. Trial is non-transferrable, not available in conjunction with any other offer and is not exchangeable for cash. Additional fees apply for Personal Training. Not available to existing members, ex members who have terminated their membership within the last three months or individuals who have had a trial in the last four months. Available to New Zealand residents only. Standard Les Mills conditions and club rules apply. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), health and safety. Photo ID required. Must be redeemed within 30 days of registration.

3 DAY PASS

This trial entitles the bearer to three consecutive days at any Les Mills club, see lesmills.co.nz for locations. Trial is non-transferrable, not available in conjunction with any other offer and is not exchangeable for cash. Additional fees apply for Personal Training. Not available to existing members, ex members who have terminated their membership within the last three months or individuals who have had a trial in the last four months. Available to New Zealand residents only. Standard Les Mills conditions and club rules apply. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), health and safety. Photo ID required. Must be redeemed within 30 days of registration.

3 day pass over 7 days 

Offer ends close of business 31 August 2024. This trial entitles the bearer to three days over a seven-day period at any Les Mills club, see lesmills.co.nz for locations. The Trial is non-transferable, not available in conjunction with any other offer, and not exchangeable for cash. Additional fees apply for Personal Training. Not available to existing members, ex-members who have terminated their membership within the last three months or individuals who have had a trial in the last three months. Available to New Zealand residents only. Standard Les Mills conditions and club rules apply. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), health and safety. Photo ID required. Must be activated in club by 31 August 2024.

DAY PASS

Les Mills Britomart x The Hotel Britomart

*This pass entitles the bearer to a one-day trial, allowing access to Les Mills Britomart for one day. One pass per person. Trial is non-transferrable, not available in conjunction with any other Les Mills promotion and is not exchangeable for cash. Additional fees apply for Personal Training. Offer not available to existing members, ex members who have terminated their Les Mills membership within the last three months or individuals who have had a trial in the last three months. Standard Les Mills conditions and club rules apply. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), health and safety. Photo ID required. Les Mills club rules and any COVID-19 Conditions of Entry at the time, apply. Must be redeemed within 30 days of registration.

Les Mills x AIA Vitality

As an AIA Vitality member, join Les Mills on a 12 month Standard multi-club membership; get 15% off the weekly rate plus pay no joining fee. Offer not available in conjunction with any other Les Mills promotion or pricing discount and is not exchangeable for cash. Additional fees apply for Personal Training.  Available to New Zealand residents only. Standard Les Mills conditions and club rules apply. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age of 15 years, photo ID and AIA Vitality membership number presented in the joining member's AIA Vitality app required. If the Les Mills member ends their AIA Vitality membership within the initial 12-month term, they will forfeit the 15% Les Mills discount and return to the 100% rate. Les Mills reserves the right to adjust this discount amount after the initial 12-month minimum period.

LOCAL PROMOTIONS

LES MILLS AUCKLAND CITY NEW MEMBER FREE PT SESSION

Pass entitles 1x free 45-minute personal training session at Les Mills Auckland City. Selected personal trainers only. Offer only available for Personal trainers at Les Mills Auckland City. Valid for 3 months from issue. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or special pricing discount. Les Mills standard conditions apply. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), health and safety. Not exchangeable for cash. 

SURVEY PRIZE DRAW

The prize draw is open to those who receive an email invitation from Les Mills New Zealand (“Les Mills”) inviting them to take part in research known as (“Survey”) and who complete and submit a response to the Survey during the period between 14th and 21st October 2024 (“Promotional Period”). 

No purchase or fee is required to be eligible to enter the prize draw. 

Each respondent will automatically be put in the prize draw. Respondents will only be entitled to one entry into the prize draw. 

Completion and submission of a response to the Survey during the Promotional Period is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

The prize comprises one of two Prezzy Cards to the value of NZD$200 each. 

The prizes will be drawn by 31st October 2024 and prize winners notified by email at the same email address that the invitation to participate was sent to.  If Les Mills is unable to get in contact with a prize winner within two weeks of the draw taking place, that winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be re-drawn. 

Employees or contractors (and their immediate families) of Les Mills are not eligible to enter the prize draw. 

Les Mills’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Les Mills is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with the prize draw or the prizes. 

The prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The prizes are subject to availability and if unavailable will be replaced with similar prize of an equivalent value. 

Your personal information is being collected by Les Mills for the purpose of conducting and administering this prize draw. Your personal information will be held by Les Mills. You have the right to access and seek correction of any personal information Les Mills holds about you.
