Cameron is a trainer who is constantly evolving, always looking at new ways to improve the human body. The science of fitness has interested him since a young age. This, paired with his sporting experience, enables him to design ideal training strategies for specific individuals to help them achieve their goals. He works by improving the individuals movement through a plethora of training styles such as plyometrics, flexibility and weight training.
Cameron also enjoys surfing, MMA, philosophy and psychology.
