Dave likes to practice what he preaches, he is a big believer in "You get out what you put in" and embodies this in his own training and lifestyle. He enjoys making people feel more confident in their own body and helping people improve their overall health and fitness. Dave has competed in a variety of high level sports back in the UK from a young age and has a wealth of knowledge in regards to sports specific training drills and rehabilitation. He also specialises in strength, conditioning and hypertrophy training. Dave’s postive and motivational one-on-one style of training will help you achieve results fast. Undertsanding the body and functional movements is the key to building a solid platform to work from.
