About Esther

Coming from Brazil into a new country helped me understand my passions and desires in life. Training became part of my routine once I realised that learning your body’s capabilities and how to fuel it to its maximum potential make life easier to navigate. Well-being became no longer just a word but a lifestyle.

My desire as a Personal Trainer is to be able to help educate my clients in what a healthy lifestyle can look like without the stress of following extreme trends and instead help them understand the value of food to our body and show how uncomplicated it can be when the restrictions are out of the way and the habits are in place.

Exercise can be fun, and my training sessions are all about finding out what works for you and unleashing the best version of yourself, whether this involves Cardiovascular Conditioning, Functional Movement Training, Mobility and flexibility, Hypertrophy, HITT training, Strength Development or Dance and Movement, we can do this together!
