About Mark

Mark aims to combine exercise & nutrition to create the best results possible! His passion is in providing evidence-based nutrition and training. He enjoys explaining & demonstrating relationships between food, exercise, health and weight. His specific training passions are in building lean muscle and precise weight loss, training favourites includes weights, HIIT & boxing type workouts. 

He firmly believes that each person’s fitness journey is unique, but that sometimes you just need support and encouragement from others to find your method. He can help with this by delivering a practical, wholesome lifestyle package, one which will help form and support sustainable healthy habits. Habits that will also help you achieve your individual training goals!

  • Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports & Exercise Nutrition
  • Masters of Applied Sciences in Advanced Nutrition Practise
  • NZIHF Certificate in Fitness Leadership/NZ Cerificate in Exercise (Level 4)
  • NZIHF Certificate in Personal Training (Level 5)
  • Comprehensive First Aid Certificate
