Max has a long sporting history, playing both football and cricket at high levels. He enjoys training athletically, looking to balance strength, power and athletic performance. Max has a background in psychology and understands the impact exercise has on both physical and mental health.

Max has a movement first approach, focusing on quality movement and performance based goals. With an obsession for technique, Max specialises in breaking down movements to ensure perfect form with every exercise.
