Norm is a Father of 3 boys and has lived on the North Shore for the past 6 years.

He has a wealth of knowledge with 40 years of experience in the Fitness industry, assisting both young and old to achieve their goals.

Norm specializes as a movement coach. His passion is to help people with posture related issues to improve their strength, mobility & stability.

He achieves amazing results using a variety of different techniques that he has discovered over the past 4 decades.
