I come from a strong rugby and amateur boxing background and have been a member of LesMills for over 20 years before moving into Personal Training. I have a great track record in getting the best out of my clients and helping them achieve their goals. My workouts are challenging physically and mentally and are tailored to each individual clients needs.
I have worked with the Wellington Rugby Academy as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Old Boys Rugby Club, Premier team from 2017-2019 helping them win back to back Jubilee Cup titles in 2017-2019. I have worked with amateur sports people to professional and international athletes . I also specialise in power lifting and strength training and have trained in the martial arts Crazy Monkey Self-Defence and the Krav Maga Self-Defence as well as have been an amateur boxer. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise with my clients and what I appreciate most about personal training is that it’s personal, it gives me time to get to know and understand my clients, and cater to their needs. Witnessing a client's progression and achievement is the most rewarding and motivating factor for me.
