About Rob

Rob is Personal Trainer in Hamilton

He has always had a passion for team sport, that later became a passion for fitness. Through his experiences as a woodworker and volunteer firefighter, he soon came to realize the importance of general fitness to improve the quality of everyday life.

With a background in American Football, Rob enjoys incorporating field-inspired drills and movements to improve balance, power and coordination.
