After competing in several sports throughout high school (swimming, underwater hockey, badminton), I discovered Les Mills group fitness classes and immediately fell in love with them. Blending my love for movement and performance (as a self-proclaimed drama kid!), I stepped into the role of instructor—a role I’ve enjoyed every minute of.
Over the past seven years in the fitness industry, I’ve personally trained in Strength Training, Crossfit, Marathon Running, and most recently, Yoga. Yoga, in particular, stuck with me not just because of how good it made my body feel, but also because of the mental health support it provided during my own journey with depression. For me, movement is medicine, and I love helping others experience the same transformative benefits.
When you train with me, you can expect a holistic approach. I love blending strength training with mobility, flexibility, and assisted stretching—always with a good yarn along the way. I especially enjoy working with those who think they’re "too old" to start moving. No matter your age, movement is always beneficial. Come and see for yourself!
In addition to personal training, I create online Yoga classes on YouTube, where I post two free classes every week. This passion project allows me to combine movement and mindfulness with filmmaking to benefit anyone who joins, no matter their budget.
