About Shawna

I have loved muscles since I was a kid. My role models started out as bodybuilders in magazines and superheroes in cartoons, so it was inevitable that my path would lead me into a lifestyle and career involving health and fitness! I competed in bodybuilding for 14 years, and managed my own personal training business in the USA for over a decade.

 

From beginner to advanced, I help others achieve optimal physical shape, improve strength and mobility, make healthier choices, and feel better within themselves overall. Developing a healthy mindset is everything. It's never too late to learn, improve, or start a new journey! I take appropriate action that fits my clientele's unique needs and goals, and providing top tier service is my #1 priority!
