About Tom

My journey into fitness and personal training is strongly influenced in both personal loss and a lifelong passion for health.

After losing my wife to cancer and my father to a heart attack, these experiences inspired me to want to support others in their fitness journeys encouraging them to not only transform their bodies but also improve their overall quality of life.

I saw firsthand how crucial it is to take care of ourselves physically and mentally and how movement can be a powerful tool for healing.

My approach to personal training focuses not just on physical results but also on mental well-being and mindset. I believe that fitness is a holistic journey — one that strengthens the body, mind and soul.
