Gym Experience is a 45 minute small group session running through some stretches, core drills and a range of machines to give a basic overview of workout options you can do on the gym floor.

Get the most out of your time on the gym floor with an introduction to different pieces of equipment. This can include pin loaded machines, plate loaded machines, free weights and/or cardiovascular machines.
