Fitness changed my life, and now I want to help you change yours.

As a child, I wasn’t the fittest. I was always last in cross country and the first to get hit in the head by the ball in basketball.

As a teenager, I hated PE so I dropped it as soon as I could.

But, exercise became fun and it brought me joy once I started practising Yoga. I found a form of movement that helped me to fall in love with fitness and I began my journey into this career.

Now I’m the happiest and strongest I’ve ever been.

Movement is medicine. In the right form and dosage, we can find what works for you.
