As a child, I wasn’t the fittest. I was always last in cross country and the first to get hit in the head by the ball in basketball.
As a teenager, I hated PE so I dropped it as soon as I could.
But, exercise became fun and it brought me joy once I started practising Yoga. I found a form of movement that helped me to fall in love with fitness and I began my journey into this career.
Now I’m the happiest and strongest I’ve ever been.
