About Alice

With over 13 years of international experience as a fitness professional and Personal Trainer, Alice fully invests herself with the health and wellbeing of every one of her clients.


Alice creates highly personalised programs for her clients, which are constantly varied to promote a feeling of positive achievement, whilst still remaining challenging.

First and foremost, Alice strives to encourage a positive sense-of-self through exercise. Her specialities include form efficiency for runners and sprinters, H.I.I.T and plyometric training.
