About Cara

Cara’s love of fitness began at the age of 3 when she began ballet back home in Dunedin. This passion evolved into many years of Aerobics, Hip-hop, Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz and Cara progressed into becoming a qualified coach, teacher and judge for these dance practices. On completing all examinations for these disciplines, Cara joined Les Mills and quickly fell in love with the classes offered there.

Cara's love of coaching really shines through during her fitness mentoring as a personal trainer, and her enthusiasm for her work is catchy, encouraging and motivating for her clients. Cara feels passionate about ensuring that each of her clients are educated on how to work out effectively and safely by providing a highly personalised program for each individual.

Now with over 12 years experience as a coach, Cara has fully immersed herself into the fitness industry and is an energised, approachable, knowledgeable and highly sought after Personal Trainer.
