I wasn’t very good at sports and often tried to skip P.E as a kid, but I love to play, so gravitated toward things like Gymnastics, Circus, Fire Performance, and Pole Dancing.
When I joined a gym to enhance my training, I quickly noticed how much stronger and happier I felt and finally understood all the fitness hype! Committing to structured exercise gave me a sense of self-efficacy I’d never experienced before, and I’m grateful to be able to share that feeling with others!
I’m passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome regardless of their previous experience. I’m not just here to count reps, I’m here to encourage and uplift you, designing personalised workouts that make fitness fun and fulfilling so you can build strength, confidence, and a more positive relationship with exercise and yourself.
Fitness may not guarantee us a perfect life, but it does provide a great foundation for one. I believe exercise is a form of self-care and asking for help is a sign of strength. My hope is that everyone can learn to appreciate their bodies and all that they do for us, while still striving toward the next goal, no matter how far away it may be.
