Jason is a confident and passionate PT, who believes strongly in holistic health, human fundamentals, and longevity.

Jason uses methods of mobility, strength and conditioning to achieve goals such as changes in body composition (fat loss/muscle gain), human performance, functional strength and posture, ensuring that his clients obtain an improved quality of life.

Jason holds a wealth of knowledge as he has over 5 years worth of experience within the health and fitness industry, and is determined to become one of the worlds leading coaches.
