I'm a certified personal trainer, mobility coach and yoga teacher with additional qualifications in Functional Range Systems Joint & Range of Motion Assessment and Mobility training. I got started lifting weights as part of my rehab from 4 surgeries for chronic illness, and I fell in love with how it transformed my body, as well as my physical and mental health. I pull together all the elements of my qualifications and well as my many years of rehabbing my body to help people move, feel and look better.
