About Pieter

I want to make fitness accessible to anyone, no matter where you’re starting. I am not a born athlete—I too had to find what truly drives me (my gateway was BodyAttack). And now I’m here to help you do the same. Life isn’t black and white, and neither is fitness. I prefer to focus on what really works: smart training, sensible nutrition, and making fitness a lifelong habit.
