He has dedicated much of that time to self-development and 4 years ago made the transition to sharing his passion with clients through coaching. Porou’s specialty is in strength and hypertrophy condition training, body composition, general mobility work and boxing. In his spare time, Porou can be found working on his own physique in the gym, or out walking with his two British bulldogs, Awhi and Uno.
