About Sophie

Sophie is all about the excitement movement provides. After years of playing different team sports and teaching group fitness, Sophie knew how to train hard and loved it. But when she hit some life stress, training hard in these circumstances with minimal rest led to exhaustion, ongoing injuries and lack of strength.

Reducing training frequency, optimising training load, taking rest days, prioritising sleep, good nutrition and finding better life balance made her understand that more exercise is not always better, during a stressful time which helped with her overall mental and physical health.

Sophie coaches from a deep health perspective – whole person, whole life approach. Her vision is to build confidence, educate and provide support so you can feel happier, have more energy and understand more about yourself to make better choices for your future health. She will empathise and work with you to put a realistic plan in place.
