Wendy has previous experience with weight management and that helps her understand how to build a healthy relationship with food alongside the importance of exercise towards a healthy life. 

Wendy understands how weight loss can affect people in their life, this process doesn't happen overnight. No one said it would be easy, but it WILL be worth it. 

Wendy enjoys assisting people with their goals such as building confidence, happiness, strength and fitness, because being healthy isn't just a goal it is a way of living.
