About Will

I started my fitness journey when at a young age when I wanted to improve my sporting abilities. At the time I was a competitive sailor representing Wellington and NZ. I’ve always trained multiple times a week in some sort of physical activity. Whether it’s sailing, skiing, surfing, windsurfing, spearfishing or rugby I was always training. Now my passion is helping others have the ability to involve and excel themselves in physical activities and chosen sport.
