1. Consistency - This is one of the most important things that you’ll need in your back pocket when it just isn't your day. Consistency doesn’t just mean to go to the gym every week or to read a book every day. Consistency could even be trying to say hello to 3 new people every week or even checking in on your loved ones and friends to see how they’re doing on a constant basis. Consistency is such an important thing when it comes to fitness, health, your progress and that it can determine if you can switch a very hard day to an amazing one.
2. Patience - Patience is very key when it comes to health and fitness and this doesn’t just mean being on the same diet for a week or even just thinking that if you just meditate once a week for a month, then all your stress levels will go away. You cannot rush the process, you have to take tiny steps every day until you have reached your goals, and in general, you have to stay patient and humble. If you find yourself struggling to have patience, find comfort in habits you can create with your consistency.
3. Surround yourself with supportive people - These types of people could be family, friends, or even a personal trainer. These types of people are there to help you in your highs and lows. This tip is powerful because without any help and support from others, it is very difficult for you to be able to make your goals become reality.
