Consie is passionate and enthusiastic about everything fitness. Whether it's throwing down a weights session on the floor, smashing out a HIIT session, namasta'ing in a Yoga class, or 'shaking what ya mama gave ya' in BODYJAM; she loves people coming together and celebrating movement.
Consie inspires people to embrace their physical strength and potential. She constantly pushes her members to find new levels in every class she teaches.
